Applied Solutions supports counties and cities to identify and implement advanced technologies, policies and services through integrated systems to build resilient, healthy and stable local economies and communities.

Applied Solutions focuses on achieving change through partnerships of local governments, research laboratories, academic institutions, the private sector, and others. While locally based efforts are currently leading and paving the way for regional, state, federal, and international efforts, we recognize that education of political decision makers is also critical.

Key to achieving these goals is the deployment of innovative and integrated projects. Through its collective leadership and action, Applied Solutions is developing transferrable, next generation infrastructure templates and the financial tools necessary for the transformation of the built environment.
